    Where's the bacon?
ACLU-Nevada has said for a couple of years that they consider the RKBA to be an individual right. ACLU national still seems to hold to the debunked and discredited "collective right" theory- their website does not address the issue of gun rights anywhere that I saw when I just looked. Perhaps with ACLU-Florida working with Mr. Weinstein, we are seeing the beginning of a shift, but I don't see anything about this case or this issue on their site either. I hope it's all true-It would be a good thing.

    Blessings,
    Bill

It would be nice to see the ACLU fight for ALL of our rights...not just pick and choose. They are a powerful group that can and does force change.

I'm guessing that if America's Criminal Liberation Union is petitioning for this guy to get his gun back, he's probably a felon. ;)
