The only effective strategy for that problem is grey man, you can't run the risk to zero but you can minimize your chances of showing up on the radar

I have only sold guns on Ingo. I have checked DL/LTCH on and off never really made a big deal as someone could decide today was the day to use the gun I sold them to shoot up- fill in the blank. It's more to make the seller feel good about the sale. Like stated criminals can still posses their card or just decide to kill someone out of the blue. At least on here you can look at a few of their posts and obviously if your spidey sense is tingling you can refuse the sale. It has never been needed for a sale before or after constitutional carry laws. I don't have a problem showing it but I think it has become SOP based on the belief it is somehow a screening tool. When in reality it just means I had not committed a felony 10+ years ago.

You guys are just silly. Lets say personA gets their ltch. Goes out and beats the tar out of their wife, then gets a restraining order against them, then goes on a drug bender gets arrested, gets out bc it was Marion county, then traffics 37 kids and 90 kilos of booger sugar gets arrested, does 3 years. Gets out, joins the local gun forum, sees a gun he wants. Arranges to buy it at the McDonald's parking lot. The very "wise" and "totally reasonable" Ingo seller says "let's see your pink thang" Mr just got out of jail flashes that pink. Gun gets sold to felon. Having a pink card is only proof of having a pink card it doesn't prove you are a proper person.
But if it has expired he a
    can't get another one.

Unless a buyer is known to me, i ask via email or text if they are a indiana resident and legal to own and purchase, only have had one person not reply to this question after asking, i feel it is all i need to keep the socialist soldiers off my back.
I like the idea of asking these questions via text or email because it does leave a documentation trail, proving that you asked and they answered.

I think their will be a lot of Hoosiers leaving their permits go because they don't leave the state into a state that requires a permit. Kentucky, Ohio both are constitutional carry now.
Mine's a lifetime, so I hope to keep it active for a long time :lmfao:

So you pick and choose who's pink you want to have a peek at?
I don't usually ask to see it. If offered I glance at it, but as stated it doesn't necessarily mean they are a proper person. I figure most criminal types aren't going to spend $500-$1000 on a gun when there are easier ways to acquire an illegal gun. If I was that worried and wanted to be sure I would trade in or sell on consignment at a gun shop all my guns instead of selling them privately.

The Pink Card isn't going away, if you want one, you still can get one, no charge, no change.
