Wow! They probably have the fact that that is a thick and high quality barrel (and that it was 9mm) to thank for the fact that there wasn't any face remodeling.

...but seriously....I can see how you can mis the first squib, but no hearing protection is good enough that you shouldn't notice something before the 3 or 4th trigger pull.

If I had to guess, this was someone who reloads and used their light loaded pistol rounds in the carbine. So light in fact that there was not enough pressure to get that bullet out of that long carbine barrel. That would also explain why you could get 22-24 rounds stacked with no large KABOOOM.

But that is just my guess.

Was he trying some Cowboy Actuon loads in it. Saw a pic once if a CAS shooters lever gun with I think it said 18 lead bullets in the barrel. Only thing about CAS gamers. Anno is so downloaded like a slingshot speed ballistics with a pop

I wonder if maybe he had a bump fire stock and just kept going with it. On a side note I wonder how the gun kept functioning as the hole for the gas tube would have been blocked about half way through wouldn't it?

With a pistol caliber AR, some are blowback operated so no gas system.
