    So this means what? It goes to a floor vote? Does it have to go through both houses since the bill was changed from the House?

    So basically she saw it was going to pass and didn’t want to **** off her consituents.
    I think Sen Bray explained the process and why it was done the way it was (more or less like he explained on camera). From a layman’s POV, his explanation seemed logical. I’m glad it worked out the way it did.

    Both chambers vote on the floor. Assuming it passes it moves to Holcomb's desk.

    I don't think he'll have the numbers to survive a veto and I don't think he can pocket veto (allow it to sit on his desk until it expires), but I'm new-ish to the state so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    As I understand it (and others have stated here), the worst case is that he vetoes it too late to get another vote on it. But vetoing it would make for a much more difficult senate primary run in Indiana.
