Bought one, traded for one. Neither was running. The thought was to take the two and make one good one, but I am not a mechanic and do not have the money to sink into them.
Both are Honda 110's. One motor is still on machine - it is NOT stuck; other motor is disassembled in a box.
Looks to me like you should be able to make one out of two but you will need tires, a chain and possibly a seat.
Will work on better photos soon.
