Have something that needs paint to finish. First coat on last week. Thought I was all set.
Don't really want to try to do shiny paint again below 60 or so.
That sucks. Now it will require a sanding to achieve a mechanical bond, over the preferred chemical bond.
I try not to paint below 70* and give it just enough time to flash, then the following coat is applied, and so on.

Front and side yard are done. Just having a smoke before I do the back.
I thought I was the only one who still smokes. Quit the little paper smoggies the night Clinton was elected. (hundredth time, but this time stuck)
Just a coincidental timing thing, but I will never give up my Peterson pipes. Don't think "fancy."
    I gravitate toward quality.
    They're just the best available.

I'm painting some speaker systems I built over winter, so there's no time crunch or money delay.
Just my own wants and needs.

Promised my wife I would not bring unfinished gear into the house for so long, while testing and refining.
That became Established Law in her mind.
And that's fine. She's right. We have a nice house and she is The Woman!

I do have proper winter wear, though.

I only last year discovered that my 40 Below parka can be folded just so, rolled up, air squished out to fit inside its own hood and I can use the pull strings to keep it together until I need it.
Comes out about the size of a Bball.

I keep it in the car along with my older one (for someone else, just in case) during winter.
