    Here's something interesting. Texas sued those states under the theory that it violated ISL (Independent State Legislature theory) which asserts that state legislatures have sole authority, pretty much regardless of state courts' judicial review, or other state officials. So it seems Ingomike is a proponent of that legal theory. SCOTUS shot that down in 2023 in a gerymandering case in NC. Not only did Texas not have standing, but even if it did, SCOTUS would have had the opportunity to scuttle ISL much sooner than 2023.

    Like nothing ever decided by SCOTUS was wrong and had to be corrected later…

    I know she talked about it at CPAC after it happened ......just wondering why the tape has been kept hidden .
    In a recent interview w/ ? , she mentioned that she forgot she had the tape , which doesn`t sound too believable to me .
    Just another political headline that stinks like the rest ................tired of SMH .

    She also mentioned when she listened to the tape again for whatever reason after ten months had passed that she didn't remember it being as bad as it was and that's the reason why she released it now and named who it was that paid her the visit and made the proposition. She didn't mention any names when she gave a speech at CPAC. back then. Looks like she was just going to forget it from then until now.

    One has to wonder why now release it after so many months had passed without mentioning it again. Perhaps she came across the tape again when she was compiling info about her new book soon to be published.

    I believe I heard Mitch McConnell being asked about term limits and his reply was we already have term limits it's called elections.
    Okay I'll use Joe Biden as an example He's been in the government his whole life He's never done anything right He's made a mess of everything he's ever touched He's always been on the wrong side of everything he ever did. That seems to be reason enough to vote him out but the people in his state never ever did so, that tends to indicate that the people of the state he represented were as corrupt as he is. What else would explain it? Voter fraud?
