And this is why the citizenry needs to be the ones to step up to the plate, not just the Texas guard.

A shooting war with citizenry is not something this regime can survive, they will **** off back to DC and pretend none of this ever happened in short order. Remember Bundy ranch? Yeah, the feds thought they could run roughshot over people with immunity until they encountered a few thousand citizens willing to put them in a hole.

I have thought about the Bundy Ranch standoff off & on for the past several years, in my mind it is (& was) a significant event that no one seems to talk about in the press.

Talked about it to some of those close to me remind them, my SIL didn't really remember even though she is a conservative news junkie.

    .
What happens if a state national guard simply says we are not federalizing today and lets it go at that? What happens if the Border patrol simply says we are done cutting wire and decides to just sit and look at the Texas guardsmen?

Dc can't arrest everybody, particularly if the people they expect to do the arresting don't want to.

Here is Indiana Senator Braun's direct email.
Let em know how ya feel about the border and encourage him and his peers to speak up and support Texas. He’s a pretty good guy that usually writes back.

Make sure you pass the email to another patriot to help.

I see this being very possible.

Good luck finding that first guy/group to have the guts to step forward with the confidence that others will join them. Most people will be afraid of being singled out and fired while everyone else stands by watching because they are too scared.

Kinda like voting Libertarian. Lots of people like the candidates, but assume nobody else will vote for them so they dont take the chance of "throwing away" their votes. If everyone who would vote "if only their vote wouldt be wasted", we'd have more Libertarians in office.

Theyd just lose money. Always about money. Why the national guard deploys so much. For money. States get a kickback. Governors can tell the feds no..

If Texas can get thousands of armed citizens to merge at the border, having bidet federalize the Texas NG may not be a bad thing. They can’t legally shoot citizens under federal command and there will be no NG available under Texas control to act in a “police force” capacity.

Yup -- Posse Comitatus Act is invoked as soon as they're Federalized.
