Constitutionally it is the federal government that is supposed to secure the borders not the states.

So if the federal government has actively helped illegal immigration and the SCOTUS sides with them based on current law and the constitution what must the state do to secure itself? Has the county fallen to this point ? Yes it has and Texas will have to do it or it won't be done.

Texas needs to step up its sending of illegals to the leftist states, start flying them in around the clock drop them at the airport fly back get another load and just overwhelm them with thousands a day.

I say drop several thousand in DC everyday until something is done.

No. They should issue live ammo and fortify positions. THEY are the national guard, not border patrol. Border patrol has the job of enforcing order at border crossings and vetting those who come through them. Defending the country from invasion is the entire point of the national guard.
