So far, I've run 4 boxes of this through my (former) RIA and (gonna keep) Ronin. Several Youtubers chrono'ed this (and their 180 FMJ) through Glock 20 as reliably over 1200 fps... gotta think a little more pep out of a full 5" barrel. (one chrono'ed out of a Glock 40 at 1330 fps).
Anyhow, somewhere between 575-600 ft-lbs out of Glock 20 or FS 1911. (or 700+ out of a Glock 40!)
Only two gel tests I could find, both showed massive expansion of the XTP projectile and 15-16 inch penetration.
GTG for carry, IMO.
