    ANYTHING can eventually be defeated by sufficient intake of Islay or Speyside, including consciousness
    Islay (Laphroaig) is a little too peaty for me. Glenmorangie is more to my taste.

    However, if Islay whisky could be demonstrated to possess anti-omicron characteristics . . .

    I call :bs: The tests run at Dr's offices and hospitals (home tests and every other in person test) detect Fauchi Flu, not what variant
    I'm not even sure if it's that specific. I'm pretty sure all the test can prove is that SOME FORM of flu bug is in your nose but it could be a plain old common flu bug yet they'll call it COVID to inflate the statistics.

    I'm partial to Talisker (also Islay) - everything except the price

    Aberlour 12 (Speyside) is quite good also and is my usual house scotch
