Are you talking about "Living"? I've noticed him too. He joined not long after I did, and I've only ever seen his name pop up in that thread. Not sure if he's actually trying to get to 50, or if he just decided that INGO is the site to share and look at memes.

Either way, I give him props, I haven't seen him post a single dupe yet.
