I swear to God, we need to clear out close to 100% of the politicians from the state level on up and fix the system.

The law does not matter. What the constitution says matters on this. The constitution spells out requirements for each office, there are no term limits requirements in the constitution. Most of us fear opening up the amendment process, in a heartbeat they can flip it to include changing the second amendment.

IDK. I just listened to the taped conversation on Megan Kelly, and something seemed kinda odd. It was like Dewit was reading lines and playing the part of a shady character just by the tone and inflection of his voice and Lake was giving a campaign speech. The whole conversation sounded almost like it was contrived. Kinda like a soap opera feel to it.



I'm probably off the mark here but something just seemed kind of odd when I listened to it.

She is Don Bolduc in heels. She can win the primary but has zero chance in the general. The Senate is more important than a crazy lady from AZ who clings to the far right and can't win.

I think you're right in regard to Kari. She knew it was being recorded. The gop clown might just be poor at offering the carrot and stick option. IDK, but he said enough that it's unlikely to all be false. He stepped down, but questions remain and should be asked, preferrably on record. Name names. Anything less leaves questions and suspicions like you posed.

This doesn't answer my question. You repeated how lousy she is. They didn't want her in office. If she has zero chance, why offer her a bribe to get out? Just so she doesn't win the primary? Polling, for what it's worth declares Lake to be taking a commanding lead. Then this "offer". I'd say her chances are greater than zero. The "offer" would suggest that powerful people back east also think her chances are greater than zero.

I agree about Kari. Kari knew she was being recorded because she was the one recording it. IMO this tape was specifically recorded and made to be released for the purpose of making her look like a noble candidate that cannot be bought by powerful people in the East. I am fighting for Trump and AF. DeSantis is not AF I'm fighting for the people of Arizona. The battle is now. This is a hill worth dying on etc...

I'm just saying that the manner in which DeWit was speaking was like he was playing a role and setting Kari up for her lines. Anyway, I'm not totally saying this wasn't on the up and up. I'm just saying it sounded rather odd when I listened to it.

Arizona is a lot like Indiana. The state GOP are pretty milquetoast and corrupt (McCain cronies for the most part.) The 2020 election was incredibly poorly run in Maricopa county, and there’s no telling how many votes were lost due to incorrectly printed ballots and polling places with technical issues.

On top of that, there has been a ton of population from California in the past decade or so. It’s very much a 50-50 state. Lived there for half my life.

The 2020 election was incredibly poorly run in Maricopa county, and there’s no telling how many votes were lost due to incorrectly printed ballots and polling places with technical issues.

On top of that, there has been a ton of population from California in the past decade or so. It’s very much a 50-50 state. Lived there for half my life.

AZ GOP has lost winnable races and moved backwards. California migration hasn’t thrown off Texas.

Removing Lake puts Gellego (sp?) into office. He's a Dem. Removing Lake doesn't create an advantage for another republican. If Lake is out, Gellego is in. Maybe the powerful people back east are democrats??? If those people are republican, one has to wonder why they prefer Gellego over Lake??? There isn't another R in the race that can show, let alone place. It's Lake or Gellego. That's it. That't the race.
