If "standing in line on a weekday" is too much of an inconvenience, or if coming up with 5 bucks for a valid ID is too much of a hardship, then you really don't deserve to vote. If your gender doesn't match your ID, then you should be adjudicated mentally incompetent to vote.

Too many people have sacrificed their lives for this country to have it be run into the ground by people that just can't be bothered with following the rules. Imagine if all the soldiers storming the beaches at Normandy had said, "Gee, that day's really not good for me. Can we reschedule?"
