    The attempt at humor fails when the entire premise is wrong.

    Has anyone said the day got longer? Nope, it is more analogous to sliding the planet down to warm one’s toes.
    It's not a complete failure. It's called Daylight SAVING Time. Read literally, you'd think we were somehow saving (aka gaining) some daylight, which we're not. We're just shifting it around a bit. I still chuckled.

    Might want to figure out how to get to a state with better winter natural light. CDT sunset was a 4:33 today. That would be a major suck. If we were EDST we could have had 6:25 sunset but the mommies would be upset with the 8:32 sunrise…
