IQ cannot be measured in un schooled people.

Were you or I given a woke IQ test we would have an IQ of 28, all of our accounts would be frozen, and we would probably die in a hail of bullets as they attempted to confiscate our arms.

Not so sure about that IQ score.

I think the things that matter most are already "woke" in the mind of a good wholesome, right living person, gun toting or otherwise.

Add some religious upbringing and background, along with enough education for each of us to challenge all of it at every step and we who follow The Ten Commandments, Golden Rule, a little Zen and possibly a smattering of Hindi, tempered by a bit of common sense, we are all WOKE enough to do what is right in most circumstances.

I am WOKE (Awakened?) and none of this nonsense labeled as "woke" these days has anything to do with any more than power grabbing and control of the populace.

Just the stupid people.

If my 87 year old mother can't save enough of her Social Security stipend each month to pay for the tax on her part of land that has been in this family since 1872, then the government will take it from her.
... and many others!

My mom is lucky to have two successful sons to help if need be and a few brothers still living who all want that portion of the homestead lands to remain in the family.

Property tax is nothing but a land grab, sponsored by our own government against its own citizens.

Mom is good and my brother wants no part of that plot in west Texas.
I am in no hurry to claim my part of 140 acres and buy out my brother's half of that.
I want my mom to live many more years.

Here in Monroe County it was shockingly close, and the property tax increase only passed by about a 1% margin. But it still passed.

I remember when I was still in school, we also took non-verbal intelligence tests where the person taking the test didn't have to know how to read.
