You mean 30 months?Coming from an Anti firearms state, They don't stop. Look at the laws that just Md, NJ and NY have passed in the last 30 years.
Just pony up the $20 bucks. The deals are waiting.Apropos of nothing: this appears to be my 10,000th post. (Still not sure I've hit 50 quality posts yet, though...)

In the Ole Days - if you got caught stealing a Horse / Cattle ( or other acts) - they Hung you from the nearest tree ... no reason to check a pink slip after thatNo.
Violent criminals should not be released back to society.
You're making a basic assumption that I will neither confirm nor deny . . .Did your wife REALLY buy that B.S.?
I knew the day would come, but I really hoped it wouldn't be this soon.
I hope I'm misunderstanding this or that indiana state law will still allow us our rights but I'm definitely no lawyer.
No certainty on it yet but from the video it sounds like second half of next year.If Brandon can screw something up, he will certainly do it. That’s going to end up costing an extra $75-$100 per transaction. When is it going into affect?

Better start buying what you want to keep forever that you don't currently own now just in case.
See aboveNo disrespect to you gents, but talk like this is the beginning of the anti's winning.
Don't be assuming it's a given that this will happen. Or that we will allow it to.
What is the first step to confiscation?
.
Oh yeah. Start panic buying again. No certainty on it yet but from the video it sounds like second half of next year.

What makes you think I need "to make sure he's not a felon"?You are totally correct, at this time Indiana law doesn't require any documentation to sell a firearm via private sale. That's the only reason I made my original comment, because there is no way of knowing who you are selling to.
You do realize, don't you, that there is zero enforcement capability for this? There are more than 400 million firearms in circulation in private ownership, with zero provenance. Only firearms purchased through FFLs, after this would take effect, could the government even possibly prove that a private transfer took place without an FFL.No certainty on it yet but from the video it sounds like second half of next year.

I wouldn't say that's what I meant but I see why it came off that way.Oh yeah. Start panic buying again.

If I were panic buying I'd buy anything I could get my hands on. I'm looking for a couple very specific things and that's really it.
But yeah poor wording on my part I guess. Better than telling people not to buy any firearms at all though, maybe?
