SMOKED CREAM CHEESE??!! Never heard of such a thing. Omg, now I have to have it!
    Yeah, it's bonkers.

I'm not a big cream cheese fan but I'd estimate smoking makes it about 100% better. I brought some into work and everybody that tried it was amazed at how good it was.

I've started smoking a brick or two whenever I have something else cooking and using it in recipes that call for cream cheese.

What's everybody favorite BBQ sauce for smoked ribs?
Maybe something different for brisket ?
Looking at the store is a bit overwhelming.
    Thanks for sharing you favorite.
Sweet baby rays is good. Lots of good choices in their various flavors if you like sweet. Montgomery Inn for more savory with less sweetness.

Do they make ketchup flavor? :) Ok I'll knock it off with the ketchup jokes. They seem to be going over like a turd in the punchbowl.

Seriously though love any kind of grilled smoked meats. Especially a good steak. (no ketchup required)

I use Shoup's BBQ sauce for pretty much anything.

Though I am of the thought that it should taste good without sauce, and sauce should enhance the flavor.

I forgot about them. Good Indiana company. Where do you find it? Last time I had it some Marsh stores carried it.

Pretty basic chicken thighs, skin side down forever, flip.
Cooked on an outdoor grill, with a heat source.
