I like it a lot. I picked it up about a year ago after some strong recommendations on this thread. I keep a log book on most of my cooks which helps me to repeat what works well and eliminate what doesn't.

I really enjoy mine...takes some measure of skill to run it. Well worth the learning and effort

Some New York Strips at 225° until medium rare. . No real sear/“crust” but they turn out good flavor.

Decided to smoke some wings, stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon, and a brick of cream cheese today

Just put a ribeye on sous vide for 2hrs at 125deg, morels, baked potatoes, iced tea at 5:30. Yum.

I forgot about them. Good Indiana company. Where do you find it? Last time I had it some Marsh stores carried it.

Value Market in Moorseville has it. They also carry the Shoups seasoning as well.
