    In the country, hopefully.
    Picked up the Phantom today.
Was shocked at how much lighter it is than the Tactical.
Trigger feels nice and broken in, 7 lb DA, 3 1/2 SA. Nice, clean, and crisp.

I believe it’s a 2008 model, stamped with the Lion. Not sure of the significance, was just pointed out to me.

Busy day so I didn’t get to shoot it.

    It’s just a story without pictures. ;-)

I am curious about the Lion stamp. Service gun?

    Morning folks!

I got a new patch panel yesterday and am going to begin cleaning up the network wiring in the utility room. A better set of tools for termination is inbound to let me clean up the tangle of cables in there, too.

I'm thinking about running cat6 to the bedrooms while I have the ceiling below opened up. One bedroom is going to be repurposed as a fitness room and might benefit from having a hard wire network connection to the TV that will eventually be in there. Wifi signal strength is very strong, though, so I really don't think that it's needed.

Always cheaper to just get it done and not use it than need it and doing it after work is finished..
I’m a huge proponent of “if the walls are open and you think you might want it, get it”

Every time I drive a long distance, I see that the density of driver idiocy is inversely proportional to my distance from a city. The closer you get to a city, the dumber drivers become. The level of stupidity rises with the size of the city as well.
Cell phones have made dumb drivers dumber and the ease of which a car is operated today makes stupid drivers lazy and stupid drivers. IMO

Bring back bias ply tires, ban anti-lock brakes and disable lane detection (aka texting assistant) systems.

Looks like the perfect place to glass some bighorn sheep.
I try to find some nice sunrise pictures to post.
Some are mine some are not.
I've been trying to find sunrise in mountains the last few days to help brighten up everyone's morning.

I remember hunting about 10 miles from the continental divide in Colorado. Snow upto my knees, and as you got closer it got upto my chest back then. I would find small streams of water that was the clearest, coldest, and best tasting water I've ever had. This was back in the late 70's through the 80's.

I knew I liked you guys.
I’ve been saying for years that lines on the road are a government invasion of our lives, and to remove all the stop signs.
Of course I don’t mean it, mostly.
