My first winter with a diesel was certainly a learning experience. The hard way like normal.Days like today are letting drivers know the condition of their vehicle. Lot of cars on the side of the road. Quite a few desils struggling.
I've been running multiple personal diesel vehicles for many years and the winter blends seem to have gotten better as of about 10 years ago. First couple years required additives to keep the fuel from gelling into goo. Have not put any additives into my tanks for years. My first winter with a diesel was certainly a learning experience. Does he want a Antique / Older model as there are multiple good deals on Kubota or Rural King in this areaMy son wants a compact/midsize tractor so we are going to the St Paul area this morning and into Wisconsin to look at some he has found. I am riding along just to give sage advice and the wisdom of old people.
He didn't go today, work issues came up, plans to go soon though. I'll check but that looks bigger than what he wants. I know he is only looking at Kubota and John Deere.
