Oh, I'm not talking about the cases Rudy Giuliani brought. That guy's a quack. The charitable explanation for Giuliani's lawsuits was that he was just putting on a show for the Trumpers, to get them riled up to support Trump's efforts to switch electors. But, I'll not be charitable and prefer the one that requires the fewest assumptions. He's just an incompetent Lawyer.
Since we've broached the topic, let's talk about the Kraken. I can't help but wonder if that shyster bitch who claimed she was bringing the Kraken was controlled opposition. They put out so many nutty claims that I just wonder if they intentionally fed Trumpers full of **** so that democrats could publicly ridicule them. Because that was the outcome. They were wild and nutty claims. And the media publicly ridiculed Trumpers whether they believed it or not.

There was underhanded involvement in the securement of lawyers to challenge election issues. The profession was put on notice that retribution would come to those that represented Trump and, time and your post bear that out. Highly respected lawyers, which even you listened to and hoped like the rest of us, (didn't say believed) have been completely erased, your post proves that.

Do you believe the CIA has software to affect election outcomes? We were told by retired generals they do. The US has been credibly accused of involvement in foreign elections, do you believe that?
We know of the FBI surveillance of the Trump campaign and we just learned of the surveillance of Giuliani. These extraordinary light years beyond Watergate activities are known. The actions, inactions, and politicization of the DOJ are well documented.
Is it really that far fetched that all this, bundled together became known as “Kracken”, that a few were fighting to expose it, some were disinformation, and most were fighting to cover it? Is it far fetched that the covert military/political apparatus of the US could do this to a man and movement they overtly despise and have repeatedly crossed the line to get out of power?

Blatant, overt cheating that resulted in fraudulent election results. The man injured by the cheating is the problem. He should "just take the L." Trump bad. Meanwhile, fake votes, fake politicians, fake wars, fake genders, fake insurrection, fake cures, fake energy sources, fake president, one-sided show trials on primetime television, fake community conversations on social media, year 7 of unending fake investigations of political enemies by the fake DOJ. I would think even Trump haters would be concerned with election integrity. I would think Trump haters would be concerned about the federal government using its resources to target political enemies of the ruling class. I would think Trump haters would recognize the danger of accepting the means by which their preferred ends are produced.
'He lost votes!' - his vote totals increased. 'He couldn't beat Biden!' - but they won't go on record as saying Biden rec'd 81 million legitimate votes. In fact, some have said they "don't know and don't care". 'He didn't drain the swamp!' - not for lack of trying. My god, the man was impeached for asking Ukraine to investigate corruption. Impeached for trying to stop corruption, give that some thought. 'He tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power!' - factually, he did not. 'He's an antisemite!' - no, he was ambushed with an uninvited dinner guest. 'He called ****hole countries ****holes! - it's true, deal with it. 'He didn't lock her up!' - neither did the FBI who actually came before cameras and confirmed her illegal actions.
I'll go with "What is suspend the Constitution and have VP Pence declare Trump the winner."

Pence didn't cooperate and followed the Constitution instead... i.e. honored his sworn oath.
Still a sucker for TPTB interpretation of things suggeted as solutions. Simply put there were legal battles over the certification of fraudulent, if not unconstitutional state elections and suggesting or even asking the VP not to accept those votes would throw finally force the courts to resolve the issues they kept punting. That too would be constitutional. Not following a schedule in even an alleged fraudulent election is not unconstitutional. The constitution is not a suicide pact…
