My crossbow has been in the truck for a while, that would have been Plan B...except I took it out of the truck tonight. While I've had deer get under a stand close enough to hit with a gun like a club, it's not something I would consider doing.

A Fort Wayne legend. An Indiana legend. A legend throughout the firearms community.I bought one of the first DE pistols to hit the market a long time ago. They were only available in .357 magnum and I still have it. Kent Lomont and I went to town on it when he was still living up around Huntington. Watching some of that ammo tear door hinges in half and punch through hot rolled steel C channel at 25 yards was exciting.
Like ! .... been using the same 16" (?) Goldenrod for almost a decade.Dehumidification rods.
What do we all think of them? Yea/Nay/Recommended Brand?
Slide mounted safety or decocker would be a no go for me. Not that it has a safety, but the location.Frankly, I'm turned-off by its' polymer frame ! (if I'm reading the specs correctly)

Hope all my fellow veterans had an AWESOME Veteran's Day!!!!!
There are 3 i know of, 2 compacts and 1 semi-compact. The semi-compact cosmetically appears to be the nicest, the 3 are within $50 of each other. Currently in negotiations with Mrs. B2V.
They have a steel frame. I was a wife away from getting one once.Frankly, I'm turned-off by its' polymer frame ! (if I'm reading the specs correctly)
