Multiple TimesNight shift = getting up to pee for me.
12's are great aren't they?Another 12+ hour day. Time for bed.
To shake your tambourine? It's after midnight.
Do I need a reason?
Stores learned their is no need to be open 24-7.Who else on the night shift crew loves the old weekend schedule. Going to "normal" people hours over the weekend to do normal people things. I absolutely hate how Covid killed stored being open 24 hours a day. Makes grocery shopping a much bigger pain in the butt.
I just wish they'd use that time to stock the shelves like they did in the old days (when stores were closed at night). I hate trying to maneuver around pallets and hand carts while grocery shopping, or wanting to buy something that is not on the shelf yet but is probably sitting in the back room.Stores learned their is no need to be open 24-7.
Think what just Walmart is saving on labor at night with employees and a store with six customers in it.
I know that Walmart does, but I would bet they cant get enough help not to also stock during the other shifts. They do move **** tons of merchandise daily.I just wish they'd use that time to stock the shelves like they did in the old days (when stores were closed at night). I think just about all grocery stores do this now. Not saying they could do away with restocking during the day entirely, but when I get there and the store has only been open for a couple of hours and the shelves are empty, there is just no excuse for that. They didn't sell out in the first 2 hours.I know that Walmart does, but I would bet they cant get enough help not to also stock during the other shifts. They do move **** tons of merchandise daily.
