Evil always finds a way. By not having means to put these dogs down quickly then they attack our schools, we are endangering our kids.
For most of us here on this forum, this is a plan as the noses on our faces. It’s difficult to have a productive conversation with those who think legislative control measures for guns (or any other weapons, for that matter) will stop monsters like this one.

For us, we understand the natural right of self-defense, the birthright of every living thing from humans on down. We understand it’s not what weapons one possesses but rather what one does with said weapons that matters.

We find it absolutely repugnant any governing body or individual would attempt to usurp this right. This is why we fight: for good, for self-defense, to stop evil.

And until those who refuse to understand these simple truths see things our way, the good and just way, they are the enemy.

Yes. It’s a mistake to ”have a conversation” with them about which ”common sense gun measures” are the better ones to enact. That is a discussion that will only end in one way—more people getting killed.

The discussion should always be predicated on the truth—evil is out there. The best way to deter evil is to kill it.

I find it difficult to have this conversation with just about everyone, most sides just talk at you about it.

This news is horrific and heart breaking. And the idea that children shouldn’t be protected is disgusting.

Yesterday I was watching a kids movie with my 11 year old. The two main character “good guys” were arguing (an old school guy and a young progressive guy). Their conversation went something like this:

Old school good guy: “when you get hit you have hit back and hit so hard that the bad guy never gets back up”

Young progressive good guy: “when you fight fire with fire the whole world gets burned. There’s no good people or bad people, just people”.

In my continuous battle against the programming of my children I stopped the movie right there and had a conversation with my son that unimaginable evil exists in the world and we have to be prepared to do whatever it takes to stop it.

There’s a sermon here regarding the godly roles of men and the dangers of men abdicating those roles…which our society has been in the process of doing for a couple of generations now.
