Looks like a 15 yr. without tax and insurance. Both typically paid along with monthly pamt. Just guessing of course but I’d say add ~300.00 for those escrow accounts. Some lenders require it. Depends on lender. And money is about to get a lot tighter.
I make a 12-cup pot of coffee, let it cool, and put it in the fridge for the next day. Good for about 4 large iced coffees.I'm not too mad at that. I spend that yearly on iced cofefe
They are not putting in anything except new robots. But someone doesn't want to check ports on Meraki. They want a spreadsheet that doesn't auto update so they don't have to check Meraki...What are they putting in?
It's not hidden, but some people just don't look.By "hiding" the tax in your mortgage payment or taken from your weekly paycheck you don't see the level of theft being done.
Wtf.
Isn't that included with your mortgage?
Chicago traffic is the same as eating a bag of White Castle. Goes in fine. Outbound is often the greater problem.Going in will be fine
I appreciate this but home brew cofefe isn't instagram worthyI make a 12-cup pot of coffee, let it cool, and put it in the fridge for the next day. Good for about 4 large iced coffees.
It's been years since I last saw Maiden, but I bet they still put on a hell of a show. Please post your thoughts about it afterward.Going by the last one, coupled with this setlist being a little longer, it won't let out until midnight-ish, so hopefully once I get to the highway it will be smooth sailing.
Old man Bob with the zinger of the day
Yeah I saw them in 2019 and then the Book of Souls tour sometime before that. The one in 2019 was the day after I saw Alice in Chains and Korn and Maiden puts on a massive production in comparison. They have a full size replica of a Spitfire hanging overhead for Aces High, Number of the Beast has a giant Demon Head in the background and a flamethrower, and The Trooper is done with Bruce sword fighting a guy in a giant Dragoon Eddie costume, and that's only a small sample of the shenanigans. It's been years since I last saw Maiden, but I bet they still put on a hell of a show. Yea but my plan would fix alot of this.Taxation is theft
Can confirm about White Castle. If you enjoy the smell of tire fires, give me a 10 sack of White Castle and wait an hour.Chicago traffic is the same as eating a bag of White Castle. Goes in fine. Outbound is often the greater problem.
but there is no way to stop the current "taxes", to many hands out collecting that money to let go of it.Yea but my plan would fix alot of this.
Double taxation on alcohol and tobacco and triple on weed.
Also let's tax these churches too. They been getting away with it for too long. They are a business like everyone else
The first time I saw them was at Ozzfest in 2005 or so. I was there to see Sabbath and wasn't really interested in Maiden. But Maiden absolutely blew everyone else I saw that night out of the water, including Sabbath.Yeah I saw them in 2019 and then the Book of Souls tour sometime before that.
