10 rounds, 8 hits, @ 40 yards ... in 15 seconds?! Even if it wasn't a full 40 yards... John Wick ain't got sht on this guy.

Now, now... this level of performance is what we expect from legal gun carriers in Indiana, isn't it? They tend to be better, on average, than the police, I recall hearing...

If I heard it correctly, the first guy shot met the shooter coming out of the restroom. Still no details on whether that guy was just shot or tried to draw his own pistol? Regardless, the first victim might well have prompted the shooter to begin?

When I saw the picture from the food court to the restroom, that was my first thought also. Easy to decide to shoot into that restroom foyer, as there is little or no worry about passthrough or misses hitting innocents.

Not to take anything away from Eli, but that looks like a picture perfect situation that he landed in with cover and a backstop for his own rounds. He could have intentionally been skipping rounds in front of the still moving shooter on the floor also while still in that position or while advancing towards the murderer?

My observation is most who make that argument are most often folks surrounded by folks with armed guards using standard capacity magazines.
