put red dots on the vlue veins....might be able to match em up to a road map.

Went to pick up certain unnamed CZ product today. Tracking showed delivery fairly in the morning, and I stopped by after work.

Got told to leave the store and come back a different day. They haven't checked anything in, and they reserve the right to take up to 72 hours to check transfers in. No, we will not look for it for you. No, you can't wait while we clear these customers and then look for it. No, leave the store immediately and don't come back until another day.



Never had an FFL tell me to **** off while they keep my property until the time is convenient for them before. Guess that's just customer service at the government mandated middleman these days. Anyone got recommendations for a new FFL in northern Indy? I am at the point where I would drive 45 minutes and pay $45 for a prompt and efficient transfer from someone who doesn't have a huge chip on their shoulder about serving customers.

got the email. called the store and was told "yes, it has arrived". got there and was told i had to wait 72hrs because they hadn't check in the whole delivery.

i got a refund and reordered from recoil. it was delivered the next day.

i use usds in greenwood for any firearm transfers now. i don't know of any place on the northside tho

Halfway through day 2 and still waiting...

Seems like this would be a huge liability trap for FFLs. All these guns sitting in boxes for days at a time and not documented in the leger. What if one walks out the back door of the shop? Are they going to pretend tracking information is a lie and they never got the gun they signed for? Seems like asking for trouble to be putting off check-ins, that ledger should be up to date by the minute.

Yes, they were the culprit. I use them for FFL because it's free since I'm a member. And, they're right down the street.

I stumbled upon a set of CZ/BRNO target peep/globe sights. I plan to track down another CZ 452 (probably a Trainer, but maybe an UltraLux or an FS if I want to splurge) for them eventually, but I’m happy just to have a backup set as I hear they’re no longer imported.

Yes, they were the culprit. I use them for FFL because it's free since I'm a member. And, they're right down the street.

i can dig that. the iffy customer treatment tipped the scale against me getting a membership.

now that they are hiring anyone with or without any skills makes me leary about even using their range again.

You know, the dudes there treat me pretty good. Only time I had a problem was when I got an email telling me my pistol had arrived. Thought that meant 'come and get it'. I guess not. Got to wait a few days til it's ready, according to her. ? I thought maybe I was out of line, but, after seeing others response on here, perhaps not.

I have a S&W Bodyguard and a LCP MAX. I hate the trigger on the Bodyguard and I carry the max every day and I enjoy shooting it

Didn't buy it today but ordered a CZ 457 Lux from Highsmith in Greenfield Thursday. Been on a .22 kick lately.
About 2 weeks ago I bought a Henry youth lever gun for my Grandson.
He's 2...lol
I guess I will play with it for a few years first.
