    This.

Why Baldwin wasn't charged under statute is a travesty of justice, but like Denny said, no one says the prosecutor has to uphold the law. Plenty of examples of that everyday.

Like school boards, I'm hoping people pay more attention to and demand more info about leadership that they are voting for in the future.
The investigation is still ongoing. They haven’t charged him. Yet. I suspect they won’t. A darling of the left, he’s to big to fail.

This guy is so full of excrement that his breath stinks and no amount of Scope or Listerine will remedy it. He is solely responsible for what happened. The death weapon discharged in his hand, killed one person and injured another. In my book that is Reckless Homicide or Criminal Recklessness, at a minimum. Baldwin's bleating since then shows the unmitigated gall and arrogance of him. If he thinks that he can escape any and all responsibility, he is mistaken. He should have been arrested right then and there when the incident happened. He violated all four rules of gun safety at one time, and someone was killed and someone else injured because of his stupidity. His career deserves to be over.

I am just a fan of all of the vids coming out refuting his ******** claims. Hopefully charges are brought, if not I imagine the civil suits that come of this will hurt him a bit.

People choose Money over Justice, then wonder how things got so bad.
With due and genuine respect, I disagree.

The Court and its officers have put Money over Justice. If the Courts upheld their duty, Justice and Money wouldn't be two separate choices.

When people want Justice, and start with faith in the courts, an ethical lawyer will quickly dispel it for them.

It's no wonder how things got so bad, but I don't believe the injured people deserve the majority of the blame.

ok, it is a filming Movie Set for Christ's sake..... where is the footage of this guy mishandling the firearm and murdering the director?
If they are behind and everything is close to being camera ready it is not uncommon to film the rehearsal but in this situation they were still trying to get the correct camera angle for the B camera so it not would have been filmed.
