Participation is what makes this a site worth visiting and reading. Lots and lots of gun (and non-gun) content and knowledge.

<---- something else keeps the lights on

It's been awhile, but when I buy/sell/trade on here, my preference is to deal with folks who do both (participate on and financially support the site) and have a track record of positive feedback.

    I hope not!!
    OK let's look at this.
I have had a stellar run in the classies with a few issues over the 11 years I have been here.
We are not just a classifieds section. We are a gun discussion forum with many other topics to talk about. The classifieds are a perk for active members and site supporters.
We are not going to open a discussion as to your successes and failures selling your stuff. Not what we are about.
I am locking this up and that the end of it. If you can't run your business successfully out of here there are many other places more suited to you and this activity.

    Nuff said.

While were discussing the classys... Is it a normal tactic to not list a price that you are asking for on item but to only say- make offer? Then when you inquire- 'what are you looking for/asking', the reply is 'make an offer'. Only to discover that most of their posts are in the classifieds. Add to ignore list...
My stand is that I won't price the things someone else owns. They have to give me a price. Then I will either say yes, no or negotiate.
