Aside from the deflection, there are cultural, familial and philosophic reasons that people won't sign up to the republican party. And then there is Trump. His loss was significant, but not a landslide since he garnered over 40% of the vote. If you need help finding the demographics on why Biden won there are many sources within and without your party that can provide answers. Hint: it wasn't because of fraud.

At the time, Biden was viewed as more traditional and a safer return to the status quo. Yes. Even with Joe's present appearance of "losing it", I believe it wouldn't have changed the 2020 outcome. Biden voters by and large despised Trump.
