When my son was small I was lucky, hedidn't like Barney. Funniest thing I ever saw was a pickup with the spider web cargo net (from top of cab to tailgate) with a spider at the top and Barney in the web in the middle. Laughed about that for days!

Barney was around when my kids were little. It was annoying.

Teletubbies was a more recent thing. I think my grandkids might have watched it some. All I know is that it is like someone on acid decided to make a kids show.
