Sorta.CBS? That must really pain them to have to admit that.
I'm sure the stress of the situation didn't help any.Sorta.
Notice that the report doesn't mention that most media previously claimed he died from a blow to the head. They report he was sprayed with an unknown substance, implying that caused him to have a stroke.
Yep. I had an uncle who was carjacked for his brand new Camero. They stuck a gun in his face, threatened to kill him, and pistol whipped him repeatedly. He was in his 60's at the time. Even after the attack, he was able to talk and walk on his own, and give a report to the police. He dropped dead of a heart attack a few hours later.I'm sure the stress of the situation didn't help any.
THIS! She found the droids she was looking for. I feel sorry for her family and her stupidity.I don't understand this.
Breaking and entering is against the law, right? So there was a large group of people forcibly entering an area, even tho they can clearly see someone on the other side with a gun pointed at them.
I think it is sad that she lost her life, but this just doesn't seem like a smart thing for any of the protesters to do anyhow.
The lawyer in the above posted vid is going to make bank tho.
You probably need to go review the 'Can you defend your attached garage as you would your home?' thread if you think breaking and entering is a crime that unambiguously allows lethal force. The story would be completely different if she was antifa breaking into the Federal Courthouse in PortlandI don't understand this.

So tell me, those guys were police, yes? Why are the police in Portland expected to not use lethal force unless absolutely necessary, but the capitol 'police' can do so with impunity?
You'll notice that I didn't comment about a good shoot or not and I honestly wasn't aware of the name of the capitol cop. I was strictly speaking about the choice to breach through to the inner protected area of the capitol building by force where there was a chance of an armed encounter that could cost you your life.So tell me, those guys were police, yes? Why are the police in Portland expected to not use lethal force unless absolutely necessary, but the capitol 'police' can do so with impunity?
Why have they still never officially released the name of the trigger man, but the officer behind the Ma'Khia Bryant shoot was named in less than a day? If you can't see the purpose here is to normalize the killing of so-called 'right wing extremists', to normalize the idea that somehow a congress member's 'safety' is more important than a patriotic veterans life, to normalize the idea that unequal before the law is the desired outcome, then I certainly don't know what to tell you
Are we even allowed to say Ciaramella yet?
Are you really trying to compare a citizen and his garage and LEO and the Capitol? You probably need to go review the 'Can you defend your attached garage as you would your home?' thread if you think breaking and entering is a crime that unambiguously allows lethal force. Who was doing the pushing, Bug? Ashley and Co. were literally pushing into the Capitol. I'm sure if you asked her, or anyone else there, they'd tell you they'd shoot someone who pushed their way into their own home (or garage); that's their own rules. The day is coming when these people will have to live (and die) by their own rules, but they obviously think they can keep pushing forever
It was a completely good shoot. It’s not a fools errand to say so. Don’t want to get shot, don’t actively engage in breaking the law. Or so that’s what I’m told. How many people visited the Capitol? How many were shot while posing no danger to anybody?
Trying to make that sound like a good shoot is a fool's errand.
Without hours of sifting through videos and details what I remember from a few months ago is that hallway may have been their Alamo, the last line of defense. The guy shooting was tasked with protecting the lives of Congress Critters. Like Congress or not, the guy's duty was not to let them come to harm. Were there any more lines in the sand? If that last(?) doorway was fully breached the only thing standing between a mob with unknown intentions and the leaders(?) of our Democracy was he and his fellow officers with handguns and a few extra magazines. So tell me, those guys were police, yes? Why are the police in Portland expected to not use lethal force unless absolutely necessary, but the capitol 'police' can do so with impunity?
Funny how upset people were when the guard dropped those violent protestors at Kent State. I thought Mr Young told me you shouldn't be killed when exercizing your right to protest, no matter how violent you are?It was a completely good shoot. It’s not a fools errand to say so. Don’t want to get shot, don’t actively engage in breaking the law. Or so that’s what I’m told.
