All of mine get shot. There are no safe queens in my house. The only thing that I do hold back on is carrying my full size A2. It's never been in a holster and looks brand new despite having over 800 rounds down the pipe. I have other 1911s for carryI do not have any "safe queens". Mine have always been "tools".
These pics make me wonder.
I love how you showed the side hiding the upgraded extractor....Sorry CM, but this is high on my perfect 1911 list

You do realize I will be spending some serious time with you in just a few weeks yes...............Sorry CM, but this is high on my perfect 1911 list

I have a couple with rails. And they serve the Home defense duty. 1 is a 10mm. Check that they are both 10mm's.....This is my nightstand gun, so it is the one and only railed 1911-ish gun I own
I'm partial to stainless 1911's myself.
Thinking about putting this safe queen up for sale. $1400 sound about right?

That sucker is absolutely beautiful. External extractor or not, the SIG 1911s (or what ever we want to call them) are awesome. Also combat guns should have rails.Sorry CM, but this is high on my perfect 1911 list
Watching this one with interest, perhaps the mouse will be along shortly. Not sure if this is the right spot for this question but..
Does anyone have any experience with the cylinder and Slide "drop in trigger sets" I know drop in may or may not drop in.. But for a 1911 novice that wants to learn more it seems like a option.
Nighthawk also has one that is sort of like a AR Timmey trigger. A little pricy though. The Cylinder and Slide kit is like a little over a hundred bucks. Comes with sear, disconector, and main spring
I was hoping so....lolWatching this one with interest, perhaps the mouse will be along shortly.
