An ex-GF of mine, from decades ago, used to call soldiers/sailors/marines "guinea pigs" and such.
She was a microbiologist with various pharmaceuticals.

IIRC, I needed to show vax info to go college.

No, these were all 1 or 2 week trips as a tourist.
Never once asked if I had any vaccines.

Looking at this vaccination card it seems that it wouldn't be to difficult to make one of your own. There isn't a raised seal or official stamp. The paper is thicker than your standard printer paper so that would be the one thing to get the correct thickness to pass through a printer. Or maybe there are sources to get these cards and fill in the info you want to.

I think Kinkos and Staples will laminate it for free for you. Less chance for any difference in paper weight or feel to be a giveaway

They probably are, but from the virtue signaling pictures I'm seeing online the cards themselves are pretty useless. Just a name and scribbles of what vaccine lot it was. Half of them don't even have the name filled out.
