You drag out the process by making them burn money until they're destitute then you get them to settle because they can't afford a proper court case.

I wonder what's required for a court to issue a gag order and seal? The public may never find out what happens in the legal proceedings.

They must prove harm if the information is made public. In this case the government itself may put undue pressure to put the evidence under seal...

1. They are holding a false hope the D's won't pack the court.

2. They are afraid of following Scalia's lead suffocating to death on their own pillows.

3. Conservative globalist are still globalist abd they fit into that mold.

The swamp wants to be able to rig elections indefinitely. The justices are either on board with this or else living in fear for their positions or their lives. I am sticking with the expectation that we are either going to live in a de facto oligarchy with the thinnest pretense of following the Constitution including and especially having our rights eviscerated or else having a revolution/civil war type event in the near future. This isn't new (think of Trump's attempt to verify voter rolls in 2017 and the monumental pushback) and it isn't going away without being forced legally or otherwise. Biden isn't going to help, the D Congress isn't going to help, and with the supposed conservative majority on the Supreme Court, well, with conservatives like that we sure as hell don't need any activist liberals.

And this is what has over half the conservatives and over a third of voters are very upset by. Most of this stuff gets swept under the rug of, "oh well, the election is over". Then they do it over and over and it never stops.

It is aided by some of those on the conservative side giving comfort and cover to their actions by constantly saying that any proposed cure is not legal, constitutional, etc. The system has been constructed in such a way as insisted on by the purists as a suicide pact. I guarantee if the system was incapable of stopping certain races from doing something those would not be a barrier to correction.
