I've got some questions for those parents.

    The first one is: "WTF".

The second one is: "Have you thought about your role in raising a horrible person?"

    The third one is: "WTF"

And to each of these the answers are already scripted
1...he was such a good boy.

2...he was getting his life together

3...he was such a good boy and daddy to all of his kids.

“It was an act of desperation, but I do not believe that Michael would have hurt anyone,” said Hairston.

One thing is for sure, we know for a fact that he won't ever hurt anyone. Stupid games, stupid prizes.

This is one of the most pathetic stories I have ever heard. Scum walks into Pizza Hut with a gun to rob them, and then gets shot, and now they are questioning why he is dead??? There was a similar situation a few months ago where a 17 YO kid did a home invasion with a weapon, and the home owner killed him as well, and the responses by his family were almost the same:

"He was a good boy who was down on his luck"
"He was planning on going to college"
"He lived in a bad neighborhood, and HAD NO OTHER CHOICES but to rob to survive since there were no opportunities for him. (Yes, they really said this.)

They sued the homeowner, but I never heard the results of the suit.

    Unbelievable. Just freaking unbelievable.

Mom says: "What is the policy of Pizza Hut about employees carrying guns?"

A good policy would be to kill thugs who try to rob Pizza Hut....

Don't rob for a living.............would be a good start if you want a longer life span than 28 years.
I don't feel sorry for him or his parents, his kids......maybe.

So this guy had to commit crimes to feed his kid? What happened to the SNAP program? Why didn't the grandparents step in and feed the kid? I know if my adult kids were truly in need that I'd be there.

This is a crap liberal mindset. Personal accountability died along the road.

Does anybody really think that guy was robbing the Pizza Hut for food for his kids? Was he going to steal a pizza?
The Socialist mindset is insanity. People really believe this?

That nice young man just earned his young son several million dollars.
That Pizza hut employee just did not respect that hard working person's civil rights.
Now the poor victim's family will sue Pizza Hut and the employee.
