I've read the new rules about carrying as you pass through Illinois in a car. What about on a motorcycle? I'm thinking of heading up to our cabin in July on my bike. I'm legal here and in Wisconsin, no problem, but what about the People's Republic?

Good question. In a car you are allowed to carry if it is not visible. If no Illinois license, it must stay in the car (locked) when you get out.
As far as a motorcycle, in a saddle bag????
Maybe just ride up into Michigan and take the ferry over into Wisconsin??
