    **** Yahoo, **** NAFTA, **** the lack of immigration control, **** the companies playing wink-wink-nudge-nudge games and knowingly hiring illegals on paperwork that wouldn't fool a critical 3rd grader, and double **** Bill Clinton.     Again with the "wage-price spiral." I think it's funny economists never warn us about a "Government Benefits Price Spiral." Can someone refer me to an example where the dreaded "wage-price spiral" occurred on a sustained society-wide basis? I thought this was a holdover from the 70s.

    It seems to be at the bottom of all these articles, we're told to fear it, and I realize there's places and times inflation went nucking futs. But the poster children like Venezuela weren't due to rapidly rising wages, if I understand correctly.

    Is this a theoretical bogeyman, or did/does it happen?
