Wyoming Snowmobiling

Last weekend I decided to make a trip out west to go snowmobiling with a friend who lives out that way. This is my 2nd trip to the Snowy Range and it was awesome. I rented a Polaris Khaos 850 from Albany lodge and hit the trail. It ended up snowing and they probably got 6-10in while we were up there but made for some really good powder. This is only my 2nd time riding and it was a blast. Hopefully get out there again next year.

I’ve rode a ton of trails in Michiga, Wisconsin and Ontario but wouldn’t have a clue how to ride in that much powder. Very nice

Coming from a true amateur it isn't as hard as you think once you figure it out. It has taken me 2 trips to figure it out but just put weight on the leg you want to turn towards and counter steer a little. Once I figured that out it was a game changer.

Very nice! I grew up snowmobiling in Michigan (back when the fastest snowmobiles "only" did about 70). But that didn't matter as we were primarily trail riders with the occasional foray onto a lake to air them out.

I would love to do something like what you did there. Or even ride the trail systems that they have now in states like WI, MN and MI.
