Good to go, IMHO. Ordered from them about a year ago. Had an issue with the delivery company and when I made them aware of it, they said they'd issue a full refund or reship, my choice. Ammo showed up a couple days later so everybody was happy.

I ordered from them earlier this month.
I have also ordered from them a couple a years ago. Had a broken box and they were very nice and worked with me on that.
The box was broken by UPS and a couple of rounds were stolen, by UPS.
The backpack I got as part of that order was also junk and they send me a new one right away with out issue.

I usually go between them and Luckygunner for my ammo.

i glanced at a couple listings for ammo that i use frequently. prices were higher than what i'm paying locally.

I bought Remington 9mm for 24-cents a round. That is better than around here except when it can be found in bulk for that price at Academy, but even that is still around 24-cents a round.
