World’s largest chipmunk taken down….

Just got back from a black bear hunt in Idaho. During the downtime a couple of us would stake out a spot 10-15 yards from the food tent and take down some of the 100’s of chipmunks with a .22 cal scoped air rifle. Furthest shot was at 40 yards and closest was about 3 yards. It was great fun and didn’t make a dent in the population.

This was one of the “monsters” we took down.

The guide was appreciative as they chew up buckets and the tents.

THIS is the kind of break from the real world I often come here for. I have learned A LOT here... I have heard both sides of the argument on many issues... I have even seen girls w/guns and/or fish... but Damn, this kind of input makes my day. Would have loved to join in for some of this brotherhood, camaraderie and just plain fun.
