Had put hands on one at a lgs recently. Seemed well built. That’s about all I can share. I am guessing there is a fair amount of demand for them. Me if I am putting out that much coin it will be for a 1911. That’s just me. I tend to stick with what works for me.Yeah, $3k is not a joke. It’ll take some saving but the videos and stuff make it look amazing, I’d love to hear it from folks not being sponsored to talk guns.
1911s are great shooters and the triggers are second to none. But the hybrid of falling between a 1911 and a 2011 with no grip safety attracts me to it. Don’t get me wrong, if it was in budget, a 1911 Nighthawk would make me forget all about that gun.Had put hands on one at a lgs recently. Seemed well built. That’s about all I can share. Pretty sure you will be happy with it, especially if it checks all the boxes1911s are great shooters and the triggers are second to none. **drooling** With the grey grips too… ugh, that’s a gorgeous gun! I’m really digging that holster too! Where did you find that holster if you don’t mind me asking?I have Staccato C, CS, and an EDC X9. Have not fired the EDC X9 as much as my Staccato’s. The X9 fit and finish is amazing and it fits nice in the hand. Was looking for a P when I grabbed the X9. Happy with the purchase thus far, but still looking for a P.
Gorgeous holsters! Yeah, C2 no optics. It’s not milled for RMR, just plain. My P and my other C2 have optics but they were cerakoted and customized so I’m not parting with them.C2?? Optics?? Might be able to work a trade with cash if interested.
Holster maker is based out of Montana. Only direct order through him on a wait list.
Holsters for my CS he made.
That’s awesome! Congrats on the new addition and I’m glad you are enjoying it! Thanks for sharing! Not an EDC but I picked up an WC Experior Commander Double stack a couple years ago. It arrived the weekend before going to a three day pistol class. Went to a local indoor range and ran 200 rounds. No issues so I packed it up and went to the class. Ran another 2700 rounds during the class with no issues at all. It now has 6700 rounds with just a couple field strips, clean and lube. No issues of any kind. I have five of the 18 round WC mags which are the same mags for the EDC.
