If I were that guy, I'd go out and play the Lotto.......one lucky SOB.
"The two loudest sounds you will ever hear: A boom when you're expecting a click. A click when you're expecting a boom."
I say this prayer at least once a day.I am at a loss for words!
Heard a click(more like primer only) today at the range. My buddy was shooting his reloads. 6 loud bangs and 1 super quiet one. Gotta say it was a little freaky. No squib though. The barrel was clear.
There was squib at FNS last week in my group. the Shooter was shooting his reloads and didn't have a powder charge in one of them.
primer alone not unless it is real short barrel. The squib at FNS was just enough to get the bullet out of the shell and into the barrel. The slide never flinched that we could see.I didn't think the primer had enough power to get a 200gr .45acp out of the barrel. All my loads today were super hot. I need to scale it back some.
More commonly known as "hang fire". If you pull the trigger and nothing goes bang, keep the muzzle in a safe direction for at least 30 seconds.

A couple of things in the video make me think it was staged.
Not a live round but a firecracker down the barrel.
Watch closely again.
Racks gun and takes aim. (bang) racks and ejects round 1, chambers round 2.
Shoots round 2, racks gun again, ejects round 2 and presumably
chambers round 3.
Round puff of smoke seen in front at about 16 seconds in.
Pulls trigger on "round" #3, nothing.
Racks gun again, this should have dumped out round 3, it never fell.
That would still be REALLY stupid!
