Sometimes it varies from store to store. Some managers seem to care more.
the Mars Hill KFC at 465 and Kentucky Ave.

No staff, unclean, and they FREQUENTLY run out of chicken.

But even on a good day, KFC pieces usually look like they came off a cornish game hen, and the taste is meh.

Pretty much any deli has better fried Chicken then them. (Kroger or Meijer especially)

Ours in Goshen was always clean. They can't keep enough staff to be open for inside dining on Sundays, when I would normally go, so I haven't been there in a long time.

Somewhat, but I have this theory about Yum! Brands ruining everything they touch...
With the exception of Pizza Hut's wings. Their pizzas (and just about everything else on the menu) suck, but their wings are good!

ETA: "Real" wings... not chicken nuggets that everyone else calls "boneless wings".
