What gun stuff did you buy today?

A bunch of 9mm, good sales in the Indy area recently.

Scope for the .22 ($50 on sale for $15 ), we'll see how long this thing lasts.

My Springer Precision threaded barrel came in. It locks up real tight. Takes quite a bit of effort to pull the slide back. It will pick up a round and slide all the way forward but if I ride the slide, even just a little, it won’t go all the way forward. Probably just needs broken in.
They engraved “.40 S&W” on it but half the & and all of the W are under the slide. Thats a little irritating. I hope there was better attention to detail in the machining. Haven’t got to shoot it yet.

Ruger SP101 Wiley Clapp w/ Milt Sparks holster. It hasn't been fired much and it feel like it's had some work done. Action is very nice, not quite old S&W nice, but still very nice. Also a tritium front sight and aftermarket wood grips that feel good in hand.

Ordinarily I'm always on the precipice of a new gun/ammo/mag purchase. I'm teetering on the edge and it only takes a small push for me to jump in.

But since the 2020 shortage stuff, I'm compelled to stock up on everything. I can't help but buy the nth back up storage item. Because you never know when all that stuff is going to be missing or outlawed.

Ordered a Holosun 507K-GR and a CHPW mounting plate to put on my CZ P10-S.

Almost went with a Swampfox Sentinel, but watching the Sage Dynamics video reviews took me back to the Holosun. I have a 510C-GR on my Ruger PC Carbine and a 507C on my Mark IV and I really like them.

I will post pictures when I get it mounted.

I also ordered a Fix It Sticks Mini All-in-One Torque Driver, just because.

Recently bought a LBIB Springfield SA-35, like the old shool look and feel of all blued metal and walnut grip panels. Ran 100 rounds through it, no issues at all.
