What are these?

found these in one of dads toolboxes. all inside edges are sharp, knurling present on solid end. marked 1/16 to 3/4 in 1/16 increments.

They look like hole punches for leather or other types of cloth. At least that's my guess.

i believe you're right. i just took a close look at one that had some blockage at the open end and found these little paper discs, looks like they had been punched from a magazine.

That is a nice set, clean them up and make a core box for them and you can pass them down to great great grand sons.

Saw my Dad use those lots of times.

Still use these to punch bolt holes when making gaskets.
