If I ever meet a GOA rep at the Statehouse I'll introduce myself.Maybe the NRA will finally grow A pair and step up. Like GOA maybe?
Doesn't change the fact that the NRA hasn't been aggressive enough to make a good fight on a number of different issues. If I ever meet a GOA rep at the Statehouse I'll introduce myself.
Too bad, I'd introduce myself.Doesn't change the fact that the NRA hasn't been aggressive enough to make a good fight on a number of different issues.
And I don't hang out at the statehouse!
Separation of powers, I get that. Courthouse reviews the laws, Statehouse writes the laws...Statehouse isn't the same as the courthouse.

NRA Press Release after the last election:
"LaPierre received almost unanimous support over Lt. Col. Allen West, who launched a takeover campaign of the Association in the weeks leading up to the meeting. Lt. Col West received only one vote. As important, the board vote was preceded by a resolution overwhelmingly passed by NRA members on May 29, 2022 that declared support — past, present and future — for LaPierre."
