So I was shooting my AR with the Vortex AR Prism on it this weekend and noticed that I couldn't get my groups to tighten. Now, I wear glasses (near sighted) and when I was still in the Marine Corps I took them off when shooting iron sights at the 500 yard line so I could only focus on the front sight. So I thought WTH I will take them off and try the Vortex, what do you know? The groups tightened a lot. Is this typical? I will fully admit I have very little experience with red dots and any kind of optics but the dot became easier to see so I chalk it up to my vision.
