    Looks like some auto workers are going to get some of that valuable time off they want. Stevie Wonder could have seen this coming.

    It seems especially ****** because it appears that this facility was one that Komrad Fain selected to go on strike, while others kept working.

    The article doesn't bother to explain why the lay-off is happening. Convenient. I'm sure it's because of the union.

    I think the union ho's should go on strike over that. I mean the two week vacation isn't even at Christmas time!

    It's in the name not to expect It's a permanent position. It's also 539 workers. That doesn't sound like a massive amount. Sure it's no fun being one of the 539. Been there myself.

    Oh that is just temp autoworkers. They are also dumping IT employees. IT looks like all their Level 1 plant IT workers will be getting the boot on the 31st. Some will be allowed to take cuts and stay employed as contractors without the Stellantis benefits.
